Thee Cake Carpenter started as a home kitchen experiment and grew into Winchester's most trusted bakery—one order at a time. We believe that a great cake isn't about perfection; it's about personality, flavor, and the warmth of something made by hand.

Every morning, our ovens fire before dawn. Our pastries are laminated, our breads are proofed, and our cakes are frosted with the same attention you'd expect from a family recipe. We source our flour, dairy, and seasonal fruit from local suppliers because taste starts at the source.
